With a background rooted in the trucking industry and formal education in sociology, he brings a systems-based approach to improving safety outcomes through operational audits, policy development, and targeted driver training. His qualifications include advanced certifications in hazardous materials, fatigue management, alongside specialized experience in ANSI motor vehicle safety standards, over-dimensional transport and CVSA enforcement criteria.
